Condominium Associations

With the building boom that is exploding in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, developers have been constructing condominiums at a growing rate. We regularly counsel the Boards of condominium associations as to the rights and obligations of the association as well as to the handling of litigation arising out of disputes with contractors, developers, vendors, management companies or individual unit owners, who have failed to pay assessments.
