Jaffe & Berlin, L.L.C. was founded on the principles of providing superior legal services at reasonable prices, while remaining responsive and attentive to our clients’ needs. We are a small firm, but with experienced partners and associates, able to deliver service promptly and efficiently. Currently Jaffe & Berlin is composed of four attorneys, including Jay S. Berlin and Frank W. Jaffe who founded the Chicago firm in 1996. Mr. Berlin focuses in the areas of litigation related matters including personal injury, workers compensation, corporate, commercial and contract based disputes. Mr. Jaffe practices in the areas of real estate and corporate transactions with a focus on real estate development, tax driven, commercial and residential transactions. Additionally, Elizabeth Shea who is of counsel to Jaffe & Berlin, specializes in estate planning, probate, probate related disputes and counseling clients in wealth management strategies. The firm is currently staffed with one associate, a paralegal and a secretary to better serve the needs of our clients.
