Estate Planning : Wills

Wills specify the distribution of a client’s assets at their death. These documents name an executor to handle the administration and distribution of the estate, as well as guardians for a client’s minor children, if any. Personal property distributions are specified, and may include specific bequests of significant items of personal property. Wills may also include trusts established for minor or disabled adult children, and may also include marital and family trust provisions designed to eliminate or reduce estate taxes for clients with larger estates.
