The Firm

Jaffe & Berlin was founded in 1996, by Jay S. Berlin and Frank W. Jaffe, both lawyers with larger law firm experience, who desired to provide the same high quality legal services as their predecessor firms, but without the high costs and billable rates associated with large law firms.

Jaffe & Berlin was founded on the principles of bringing value to clients by providing superior legal services at reasonable prices. We pride ourselves on being uniquely responsive and attentive to our clients’ needs. Currently comprised of six attorneys, we are a small firm, but with experienced partners and associates able to deliver service promptly and efficiently.

Our attorneys practice in a wide range of areas including Personal Injury, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate and Corporate Transactions and Financing, Employment Law and Estate Planning & Taxation. We provide legal services to clients of all types-from large publically traded corporations to individuals.
